THE EXERCISES AND ROUTINES COMBINE ELEMENTS AND TECHNIQUES THAT
FACILITATE POWER, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND MOTOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT
TOWARD COMBATIVE ACUITY.

The HI-FIT™
program is versatile and can be initially conducted in one-day, three-day or five-day camp formats;
or as a perpetual program like the initial HI-FIT™ program was conducted; in 3 phases consisting of Strength,
Endurance, and Power
training to maximize athletic performance. Each phase was 3 weeks long and incorporated
both muscle isolation,
muscle combination and plyometric exercises along with conditioning drills that facilitate
Fighting Fitness.
No matter what program you choose, each of them features exercises and techniques unique to our program that
were designed to develop and enhance overall athletisisim including foot-speed, agility and practical ability.
WE HAVE ADOPTED A WAY TO CONDUCT AND DOCUMENT A GROUP HI-FIT™ PROGRAM THROUGH

THE PRESIDENT'S CHALLENGE PROGRAM
The Presidential Champions program challenges you to see just how high you can
raise your activity level. The guidelines are
simple. You can choose from a variety of activities. You'll have a personal activity log online to
help track your progress along the way. There's even a special option for
performance athletes and others who train at more advanced levels.
Your
goal is to see how many points you can earn by being active. You'll earn points
for every activity you log. Points are based on the amount of energy each
activity burns. So the more active you are, the more points you'll
get.
The
first goal to aim for is a Bronze award. Then you can keep going for a
Silver or Gold. To join our online HI-FIT™ group, just go
to the website (follow the link above), click on sign in, register and
then go to groups and choose your own ID name or number and then type
67222 for the group ID. You can also subscribe to our "e-letter"
on our home page to get updates on your progress and other member's
progress along with announcements and updates for upcoming events.
